Different Locations Throughout the Village

The annual Saltaire Festival is our signature day-long celebration, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display. For over 26 years we have come together as a community to celebrate the rich and varied talents of our neighbors, and the abundance of summer memories with our families and friends.

  • Broadway Artisan Fair
  • 10-2 on Broadway at the Bay
  • Artisanal vendors selling art, crafts, and jewelry along Broadway.
  • Children selling crafts and baked goods in wagons by the Gazebo.
  • Lunch and live music by local musicians on the Saltaire Market deck.
  • Captain Al’s Watermelon Party
  • 3-4 at the Playground and Art Shed
  • Games and prizes for young children. Live music, dancing and watermelon for all!
  • Bay Picnic + Fireworks
  • 6-9 on the west end of the Bayfront
  • Fill your wagon with a picnic dinner and join your neighbors for dining and dancing on the bayfront.
  • Culinary awards for best Appetizer, Entree, Dessert, Cocktail, Under 15 and Under 25. Drop off your food to the judging table on the Bayfront between 6-7. Judging begins at 7.
  • Fireworks Spectacular over the Bay at sundown.

The Festival is always held on the first Saturday in August. Artisan Vendor Sign up is available beginning March 1 each year. Children of all ages are invited to sell handmade crafts and homemade baked goods from their wagons as part of the Artisan Fair. There is no charge to participate and you do not need to register.
